This article is about the ways in which specific types of behavioral patterns are acquired by learning from the workplace. The factors for organizational members in a workplace learning something positive or negative have been explained by the authors in this article. There has been consideration by the authors about the diversified opinions of employees about ways the employees have learned something from the organization. There can be psychological discomfort experienced by employees in an organization for which openness towards acquisition of new knowledge can be lacking mostly.
